Health & Safety Grand River Glass strongly recommends the following when glass of any type breaks: Immediately make sure that you have shoes on to protect your feet Put on protective gloves to prevent glass cuts Place broken glass in a flattened cardboard box and tape shut to prevent injury Sweep a second time and damp mop the area to pickup the tiny piece of glass.
